随着大直径超长钢管桩在跨海大桥、大型深水港码头工程中越来越广泛的应用,钢管桩直径和桩长也不断增大,原来的计算理论和设计参数显然变得不适合,因此,加强对大直径超长钢管桩的承载力特性的研究是很有必要的。以港珠澳大桥主体工程为背景,采用二根直径170 cm、桩长85 m的钢管桩进行了锚桩反力架法试桩试验,获取了相应设计参数。该试验是国内桥梁工程中最大直径的钢管桩静载试验,其试验设计荷载值达到28000 kN,处于国内外钢管桩试验荷载值的前列,对今后类似工程提供了较好的参考价值。

Taking the main project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge as the background, two test-pile tests were conducted using two steel pipe piles with a diameter of 170 cm and a pile length of 85 m, and the corresponding design parameters were obtained. The test is the static load test of the largest diameter steel pipe pile in domestic bridge project. The test design load value reaches 28000 kN, which is at the forefront of the test load value of steel pipe pile at home and abroad, which provides a good reference value for similar projects in the future.
