本文爲校勘《尚書注疏》劄記之賡續,所校版本包括敦煌寫本、唐石經本、宋刊單疏本、宋刊八行本、宋刊經注本、宋刊纂圖互注本、宋刊魏縣尉宅本、蒙古平水刻本、元刊明修十行本、明永樂刻本、明嘉靖李元陽刻本、明萬曆北監本、明崇禎毛晉汲古閣刻本、清乾隆武英殿刻本、清嘉慶阮元刻本等,分爲五十題,主要討論各本校讎改字及)、脱、衍、誤,各本特點及源流遞嬗關係。對日本山井鼎、清儒浦鏜、盧文弨、阮元、近人張鈞衡等校勘之得失多有論辯。
