犬由股动脉放血，维持动脉压在５．３２～６．６５ｋＰａ之间９０分钟。休克期静脉输入地尔硫０．６ｍｇ／ｋｇ后再进行休克复苏，并观察１５０分钟。结果表明，地尔硫具有提高失血性休克犬的平均动脉压和改善心功能的作用。
Dog blood from the femoral artery to maintain arterial pressure in the 5.32 ~ 6.65kPa between 90 minutes. Shock intravenous infusion of diltiazem 0.6mg / kg before shock resuscitation, and observed for 150 minutes.
