目的研究一种二氧化氯一元粉剂的消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该消毒剂杀菌效果和毒性等进行了试验观察。结果用浓度500 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒剂溶液浸泡作用15 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值>5.00。在相同浓度条件下浸泡作用30 min,对竹筷上大肠杆菌杀灭对数值>3.00;对木质物体表面自然菌杀灭对数值>1.00。该消毒剂急性经口毒性LD50>5 000 mg/kg(体重),小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论本研究二氧化氯消毒粉剂具有较好的杀菌效果,属实际无毒级物质。
Objective To study the disinfection-related properties of a chlorine dioxide single powder. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test methods were used to observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of the disinfectant. Conclusion The study of chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good bactericidal effect, which is actually non-toxic grade material.
