本文回顾了中国古代管理思想史上一些著名的管理思想流派关于人性研究的思想成果,并将各成果同现代管理理论中的人性假设想结合进行比较分析,进行了个人评述。
This article reviews the ideological achievements of some well-known schools of management thoughts on humanity studies in the history of ancient Chinese management thoughts and compares them with the humanity hypotheses in modern management theory to make a personal review.
