知识经济时代对思想政治工作提出了更高的要求,本文从分析知识经济概念开始,逐步提出当前社会对思想政治工作的要求,并从加强思想政治工作队伍的知识化来分析具体做法,表明了知识经济时代思想政治工作者应有的素质,从基本任务和素质、建立思想政治工作队伍的流动制度、抓好思想政治工作队伍的培养工作、完善思想工作队伍的考核体系以及增加思想政治工作队伍建设的物质投入,建立物质保障制度等方面明确提出提高思想政治工作队伍知识化的措施。
