为了解决目前低浓度煤层气排空造成的环境污染问题和资源浪费问题,对比了四氯化碳、二硫化碳、四氢呋喃、甲醇4种溶剂对煤层气吸收分离的效果,并用化工模拟软件Aspen Plus进行了模拟。结果表明,用四氯化碳作吸收剂效果最佳,可以将甲烷体积分数为30%的煤层气浓缩到82.3%,回收率高达93%。结果指出,溶剂吸收法和其他几种煤层气分离方法耦合是未来煤层气净化的发展方向。
In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by the current low-concentration coalbed methane gas drainage, the effects of four kinds of carbon tetrachloride, carbon disulfide, tetrahydrofuran and methanol on the absorption and separation of coalbed methane were compared. The chemical modeling software Aspen Plus simulation. The results showed that carbon tetrachloride was the best absorbent, and the CBM with the volume fraction of methane of 30% could be concentrated to 82.3% and the recovery rate was as high as 93%. The results show that solvent absorption and several other methods of CBM separation are the future directions of CBM purification.
