患者男,54岁。因全身游走性疼痛2月余,加重伴呕吐10余天于1986年9月22日入院。2月前劳动时感右腹股沟处疼痛,后左、右胸及上腹又出现疼痛,不咳不呕不泻,无畏寒发热。近1月来上述症状加重,出现厌食、乏力。近10天呕吐,非喷射性。门诊胸透拟诊胸膜炎、左肺炎收住院。入院查体:体温37.6℃,血压17.29/13.33kPa,消瘦。咽微充血,心肺未见异常。腹平软,肝似剑突下4cm,右肋下2cm 触及,边
