伯基特氏淋巴瘤(Burkitt’s Lympho-ma),高发于中部非洲儿童,常累及颌面部、腹膜后及肠道等处。作者遇到2例发生于阑尾、回肠及乙状结肠的罕见病例,曾误诊为肠结核,报告如下: 例1:女,18岁,1988年11月13日因反复腹部胀痛2年入本院内科,发现脐周、右中下腹包块,时隐时现,伴有腹泻与便秘交替,时有夜间盗汗,乏力消瘦,肿物出现时腹痛加重,便后腹痛缓解。检查:T37.1℃,消瘦,中度贫血。右颈部有2个蚕豆大小淋巴结,其它表残淋巴结未扪及。右眼睑略下垂,眼球运动受限,视力尚存,左眼正常。腹平,腹痛发作时,腹部可见肠型。肠鸣音亢进,有气过水声。化检:Hb 85 g/L;ESR 38 mm/h。胸透:两肺上叶可见陈旧性结核病灶。钡剂灌肠发现:乙状结肠

The right eye was slightly sagging, the eye movement was limited, visual acuity remained, and the left eye was normal. Abdominal plane, abdominal pain, abdominal visible intestinal type. Bowel sounds are loud and there is over-water sound. Chemical examination: Hb 85 g/L; ESR 38 mm/h. Chest: Old tuberculosis can be seen on the upper lobes of both lungs.
