1997年7月3日~4日,局科委在郑州召开“DT-I型电动可控停车器”技术审定会。参加会议的有局内外运输、机械、控制、设计等方面的专家和工程技术人员40余人。会议由局副总工程师,局科委副主任刘新周同志主持,并作了重要讲话。 DT-1型电动可控停车器,是路局重点科研项目,由郑州科研所、运输处、郑州北站共同开发研制成功。它是编组站驼峰调速系统的配套设备,安装在编组场尾部,能使编组车辆制动并停止,有效防止车辆溜逸,确保运输生产安全。该可控停车器有两组制动器,由制动、传动、基础、电路控制四大部分组成。停车器有两种工况,制动工况为车辆编组作业时,制动轨阻滞车辆车轮内侧,对车辆产生制动作用。缓解工况时,编组车辆可自由牵出。
July 3, 1997 to 4, Bureau of Science and Technology held in Zhengzhou, “DT-I-type electric controllable parking device” technical validation. There are more than 40 experts and engineers and technicians attending the conference, including transportation inside and outside the bureau, machinery, control and design. The meeting was chaired by Liu Xinzhou, deputy chief engineer of the bureau and deputy director of the Bureau of Science and Technology Commission. He also made an important speech. DT-1 electric controllable parking device is a key scientific research project of the Bureau. It was jointly developed and developed by Zhengzhou Research Institute, Transportation Department and Zhengzhou North Station. It is the marshalling station supporting system of hump speed control system, installed in the rear of the marshalling yard, can brake and stop the marshalling vehicles, effectively prevent vehicles slip away, to ensure the safety of transport and production. The controllable parking brake has two sets of brakes, brake, transmission, basic, circuit control of four major components. There are two parking conditions, braking conditions for the vehicle grouping operations, the brake track block the vehicle inside the wheel, the vehicle braking effect. Ease the conditions, the grouping vehicles are free to pull out.
