胡邦宪(1902～1991),安徽寿县人,原名胡允恭,又名胡克波、胡萍舟,1923年秋在上海大学加入中国共产党,1932年因受错误审查而与党失去联系。此后,他利用和国民党某些上层人物的私人关系,在谋职中主动地为党工作。1946年经中共福建省委批准恢复党籍,但在1951年整党时,被认为恢复党籍手续不清而再次停止党籍。党的十一届三中全会以后,经江苏省委转报中共中央书记处批准,于1983年1月,恢复胡邦宪(胡允恭)1923年以来的全部党籍。
Hu Bangxian (1902-1991), Shou County, Anhui Province, formerly known as Hu Yunkun Hu, also known as Hu Kebo, Hu Pingzhou, joined the Chinese Communist Party in Shanghai University in the autumn of 1923, lost contact with the party in 1932 due to censorship. Since then, he has used private relations with certain senior Kuomintang officials to actively work for the party during his job search. In 1946, the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee approved the resumption of party membership, but when the party was reorganized in 1951, it was considered that the resumption of party membership was unclear and party membership was suspended again. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and reported to the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, in January 1983, Hu Bangxian (Hu Yunkun) resumed all the party membership since 1923.
