先进性是马克思主义政党的根本特征,也是马克思主义政党的生命所系,力量所在。党的先进性建设是马克思主义政党自身建设的根本任务。根据《党章》规定,党员要覆行八条义务和胡锦涛同志提出的党员先进性六条基本要求,结合我们就业中心实际,要保持先进性、发挥先进性、实践先进性,具体要做到以下几点:
