环境是重要的教育资源,小班幼儿能在主题环境中发挥主人翁意识吗?通过学习《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》),树立“幼儿为本”观念,把教育自然融入生活,选择幼儿熟悉的主题活动内容,激发幼儿参与环境创设的兴趣;尊重和支持幼儿的决定,奠定有效互动基础;理解和感受幼儿艺术表现,营造良好的互动形式;呈现环境动态过程,凸显互动教育价值;分享经验,让互动墙饰成为幼儿学习交流的平台。实践证明,只要教师蹲下来耐心倾听幼儿的想法,就能不断地从幼儿身上获得灵感,促使幼儿积极地与环境对话,真正成为环境创设的主人。
