目的:HPLC法建立短叶决明指纹图谱的分析方法。方法:采用Sino Chrom ODS-BP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为285 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μl。结果:确定了13个共有峰,10批短叶决明的色谱指纹图谱整体相似度在0.839~0.998,并得出对照指纹图谱。结论:该指纹图谱分析方法操作简便、重复性好,可为科学地控制短叶决明的质量,合理地开发其药用资源提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the analysis of fingerprinting of Cassia obtus by HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic column of Sino Chrom ODS-BP (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 285 nm , The column temperature was 25 ℃, the injection volume was 10μl. Results: Thirteen common peaks were identified. The overall similarity of chromatographic fingerprints of 10 batches of short leaf cassia was between 0.839 and 0.998, and the control fingerprints were obtained. Conclusion: The fingerprinting method is simple, reproducible, and can provide scientific basis for the scientific control of the quality of short-leaf cassia and rational exploitation of its medicinal resources.
