本文作者用扫描电镜和电子探针对钢球在不同发动机减摩剂中四球机试验后的磨痕表面进行了显微观察和元素分布的分析,证实了FPP型发动机减摩剂优于PP型的原因是在磨痕表面上形成了一种由硫化物、磷化物和钼的化合物组成的薄膜的抗磨损作用。
In this paper, the scanning electron microscopy and electron probe were used to analyze the microscopic observation and elemental distribution of the steel balls on the surface of the worn marks of the four-ball machine with different engine friction-reducing agents. The results show that the friction-reducing agent of the FPP-type engine is better than the PP type The reason for this is the anti-wear effect of a thin film composed of compounds of sulfide, phosphide and molybdenum on the surface of the wear scar.
