Dear Sir,Metastasis of prostatic carcinoma to testis is un-common in the clinical situation,and the involvement ofthe epididymis is even rarer.Heidrich et al.[1]foundonly 80 cases of testicular involvement in prostate can-cer in published reports.In 1993,Wiebe et al.[2]foundonly 14 previous cases of epididymal metastasis fromprostatic carcinoma in published work.The simulta-neous involvement of testis and epididymis was reportedby Suhler and Blanchard in 1980[3].To our knowledge,this was the first documented case of a prostatic carci-noma metastasizing to undescended testis and epididymis.An 84-year-old patient was admitted for further in-vestigation with a chief complaint of irritative bladdersymptoms including dysuria and pollakisuria for severalyears.The patient was in a generally healthy condition,the right testis was normal.The left testis was unde-scended and located in the superficial inguinal pouch onphysical examination.Digital rectal examination disclosedthe enlargement of prostate,with a nodular surface and
