本文研究了氨水介质中,痕量镉阻抑过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ褪色的新指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量镉的新方法。方法检出限为2.7×10~(-12)gCd~(2+)/ml,测定范围为0～1.0μgCd~(2+)/25ml。
In this paper, a new indicator reaction and kinetic conditions for the trace fading of arsenazo I by hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by trace amounts of cadmium in aqueous ammonia were studied. A new method for the determination of trace cadmium by kinetic spectrophotometry was established. The detection limit of this method was 2.7 × 10 ~ (-12) gCd ~ (2 +) / ml with the range of 0 ~ 1.0μgCd ~ (2 +) / 25ml.
