本文从六个方面叙述了作者对消失模铸造系统设计的一些考虑和作法：砂箱的形状及其抽真空应考虑的问题；砂箱进出填砂／紧实工位的两种型式；机械振动台的频率、振幅、振动方式的选择和橡胶空气弹簧刚度的估算方法；真空泵的选用；一种砂循环系统的组成；一机多能的几种可供选择的途径。
This article describes the authors’ considerations and practices for the design of the lost foam casting system from six aspects: the shape of the flask and the issues to be considered for its evacuation; the two types of flask entering and leaving the filling / compaction station; the mechanical vibration Taiwan’s frequency, amplitude, vibration mode selection and rubber air spring stiffness estimation method; selection of vacuum pumps; a sand circulation system composition; a machine can be several ways to choose from.
