目的:探讨PCNA、Caspase-3在翼状胬肉中的表达与细胞增殖及发病过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化Elivision法检测20例翼状胬肉、10例正常结膜中PCNA、Caspase-3的表达。结果:20例翼状胬肉中Caspase-3的阳性表达率为55%(11/20),正常结膜中Caspase-3的阳性表达率为90%(9/10)。PCNA在翼状胬肉中的阳性表达率为95%(19/20),正常结膜中PCNA的阳性表达率为60%(6/10)。Caspase-3、PCNA阳性表达两组间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCNA在翼状胬肉中的高表达和Caspase-3在翼状胬肉中的低表达,提示细胞凋亡和增殖异常,可能与翼状胬肉的发生、发展有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of PCNA and Caspase-3 in pterygium and their roles in cell proliferation and pathogenesis. Methods: The immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to detect the expression of PCNA and Caspase-3 in 20 cases of pterygium and 10 cases of normal conjunctiva. Results: The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 in 20 cases was 55% (11/20). The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 in normal conjunctiva was 90% (9/10). The positive expression rate of PCNA in pterygium was 95% (19/20), and the positive expression rate of PCNA in normal conjunctiva was 60% (6/10). Caspase-3, PCNA positive expression difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of PCNA in pterygium and the low expression of Caspase-3 in pterygium suggest that apoptosis and proliferation of PCNA may be related to the occurrence and development of pterygium.
