梅县松源镇是新民主主义革命时期闽粤赣边区一颗璀璨明珠,早在1926年秋,松源支部就在此建立,1928年成立苏维埃政权。全镇22个村中,计有10个老苏区和8个游击村。1929年10月,松源是红军入粤的第一站。红四军一、二、三纵队六千余人在朱德军长亲自率领下,自闽西进击东江,曾在松源休整5天,播下革命火种,至今松源仍留有当年红军书写的大小幅标语二十多条。1939年1月,闽西南潮梅特委第五次执委扩大会议在福建龙岩召
Songyuan Town, Meixian County is a shining pearl in the border areas of Min, Yue and Gan in the new-democratic revolution.
