有些零件在热处理后需靠磨轴台端面来保证精度,如摩托车发动机变速机构中的齿轮轴,见图1。齿轮后端面在渗碳淬火后要求粗糙度值R_a0.8μm,对A面的垂直度要求≤0.01mm,还有定位尺寸20_0~(+0.1)mm,齿宽尺寸12.5±0.03mm,(淬火前为12.6±0.05mm)。因此,只有靠磨端面才能达到上述要求,磨加工中,用顶尖顶持两中心孔定位。由于批量生产,零件的中心孔公差范围大,一致性不好,使得加工的零件出现端面定位及齿宽尺寸大小不一,甚至超差等情况,给装配工作带来很多困难。为此笔者设计了一简单夹
