“三个代表”思想中,居首位的是始终代表中国先进社会生产力发展要求。在知识经济时代,坚持生产力标准,大力推进制度创新和技术创新,才能促进国民经济超常规、跨越式的增长。制度创新与技术创新是实现经济增长的基本条件,对经济增长起着决定性作用。但我国改革开放时间不长,社会主义市场经济体制正在建立之中,要推进制度创新与技术创新还有相当长的路。
In the thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ the top priority is to always represent the requirements for the development of advanced social productive forces in China. In the era of knowledge economy, in order to promote unconventional and leap-forward growth of national economy, adhere to the standards of productive forces and vigorously promote institutional innovation and technological innovation. Institutional innovation and technological innovation are the basic conditions for economic growth, which play a decisive role in economic growth. However, the time for reform and opening up in our country is not long and the socialist market economic system is under construction. There is still a long way to go to promote institutional innovation and technological innovation.
