In the recent year,there are obvious achievements of the international coporation,such as Wal-mart,Samsung,Haier etc.As the international company usually has several subsidiaries and divisions,how to use portfolio management become an important problem.In this paper,multi-divisional form is used to analyse the business portfolio of Philips and then the paper will offer coporate strategy for its portfolio management so as to afford the lessons for other international company.
