(一)肿瘤防治研究组织管理体系和专业机构已初步建立 1987年2月河南省肿瘤防治研究领导组成立,各市、地、县的肿瘤防治领导组织也相继建立和恢复工作。目前,我省已有洛阳、新乡等12个市地级和林县、济源等29个县建立了相应组织,一个全省性的肿瘤防治研究组织网络正在我省逐步形成和壮大。各级组织在贯彻执行全国肿瘤防治规划,确定和组织协调本地区的防治工作任务等方面发挥了重要的领导和推动作用。“七五”期间,我省肿瘤防治研究专业
