一提起当代资本主义,人们往往将目光集中在西方少数发达资本主义国家,特别是西方最发达的几个主要资本主义国家身上。其实,从当代资本主义世界体系的总格局角度考察,当代资本主义体系应该既包括少数发达资本主义国家,也包括占绝大多数的发展中的民族主义国家。只讲发达国家而忽视发展中国家,或只讲少数富国,而不讲大多数相对落后的穷国,对于理解当代资本主义是有失全面的。
When it comes to contemporary capitalism, people tend to focus on the few western developed capitalist countries, especially the most advanced western capitalist countries. In fact, from the perspective of the overall pattern of the contemporary capitalist world system, the contemporary capitalist system should include not only a few developed capitalist countries but also the developing developing nationalist countries. To speak only of the developed countries while neglecting the developing countries or to speak only of the few rich countries and not to the majority of the poorest countries that are relatively backward and backward is not comprehensive in understanding contemporary capitalism.
