本文就当前国内企业集团常用的资金集中管理手段作了全面的描述,特别介绍了新兴的、借助银行服务实现资金集中管理的方法,同时,也提及了跨国公司在资金管理上的一些做法。
This article gives a comprehensive description of the commonly used means of centralized capital management of domestic enterprise groups. In particular, it introduces the emerging methods of centralized management of funds through banking services. At the same time, it also mentions some practices of multinational corporations in capital management.
