根据二注二采工艺开发方案要求,在大张坨凝析油气田,进行了采出井流物40万m3/d,注采比0.8,注干气32万m3/d的循环注气开采试验。从凝析气藏特点出发,应用多组分模拟软件,HYSIM重点研究了地面工艺系统总体方案的优化技术,井流物采出、计量、混输管线的选择及段塞流的控制;井口能量的合理利用及高压油气分离设计;高压气输送过程中防止水合物的生成及甘醇脱水设计;注气压力的确定及注气设备的选型;高压注气条件下防止水合物冻堵及注气介质的选择;工艺系统的安全及仪表控制等技术问题。
