The ray tracing method was used to carry out joint inversion of source parameters and velocity structure to study the P-wave velocity structure in the middle and upper crust of Wuzhong and Lingwu areas in Ningxia. The result is different from the velocity model used in the current earthquake location in the region. Compared with the artificial seismic section passing through the study area, the velocity values of the two sections tend to be consistent with the increase of the depth
