辅机严重烧损影响行车安全是电力机车质量问题之一,我厂从76年开始就对辅助系统存在的问题进行了深入的调查了解和试验,并在此基础上决定设计安装辅机过电流继电器,亦称辅机保护装置。本装置经多次试验改进后装在SS_3型电力机车上,这批机车配属在郑州局月山机务段。据段方反应:该装置性能良好,自投入运用以来,从未发生烧损辅机事件,保证了行车安全。辅机过电流继电器的整定值为:劈相机超过550A时10秒后跳接触器其它辅机超过150A时10秒后跳接触器如果接触器因主触头烧结不能断开时则
