Vegetables are indispensable food for people’s daily life. China has a vast territory with a wide range of temperature differences between the north and south. In order to adjust the surplus, each year the commercial sector needs to carry out the organization and transportation of the Southern Dish North Yun. According to incomplete statistics, only five provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in Guangdong, Sichuan, Fujian, Guangxi and Yunnan dispatched more than 700 million kilos of vegetables each year to 50 cities in North China, Northeast China and Northwest China. The major provinces (autonomous regions) were transferred from Guangdong, 170 million kg were transferred from Guangdong each year, and 0.5 million kg were transferred from Guangxi to Fujian every year
