黄顶菊(Flanueria bidentis)是近年来入侵我国的一种恶性杂草.该研究对我国华北地区黄顶菊上的病害进行了调查,分离鉴定了黄顶菊3种主要真菌病害的病原,并通过致病性测定分析了它们在黄顶菊生物控制中的应用潜力.调查表明在黄顶菊不同生育期都有病害发生,但多数病害种类主要集中在成株期以后.按照柯赫氏证病律接种测试及分离纯化获得的真菌形态特征观察鉴定,黄顶菊褐斑病的病原菌为细极链格孢(Alternaria tenuissima),炭疽病病原菌为一种刺盘孢(Colletotrichum sp.),而白粉病的病原菌为瓜单丝壳(Podosphaera xanthii).田间观察发现有的病害在适宜的生境中发病较重,可显著抑制黄顶菊植株生长发育;温室致病性试验结果表明,这3种病原菌真菌对黄顶菊都有较强的致病性,其中白粉菌的致病性最强.研究结果显示,这些病原菌在黄顶菊的生物防治中可能具有较好的应用潜力,今后需要分别对它们作进一步系统的研究.
Flaxenia bidentis is a kind of malignant weed that invaded our country in recent years.This study investigated the diseases of Flaveria bidentis in North China and isolated and identified the pathogen of the three main fungal diseases of Flaveria bidentis and analyzed the pathogenicity Their potential application in the biological control of flaveria bidentis was investigated.The results showed that all the diseases occurred in the different growth stages of flaveria bidentis, but the majority of the diseases were concentrated in the later stage of the adult plant.According to the Koch’s syndrome vaccination test and isolation and purification of the fungi Morphological observation showed that the pathogen of yellow spot brown spot was Alternaria tenuissima, the pathogen of anthracnose was a kind of Colletotrichum sp., And the pathogen of powdery mildew was Podosphaera xanthii ) .While in field observation, some diseases were found to be more severe in suitable habitats, which could significantly inhibit the growth and development of Flaveria bidentis plants. The pathogenicity test results in greenhouse showed that the three pathogenic fungi had strong pathogenicity to Flaveria bidentis, Powdery mildew pathogenic strongest.The results show that these pathogenic bacteria in the biological control of Flaveria bidentis may have a better potential application Future studies are needed to further the system for them.
