目的:建立用主成分分析法选择毛叶木姜子优良单株的方法,确定其优树选择标准,为毛叶木姜子早期实生选优、良种选育提供理论依据。方法:以重庆万州实生起源的毛叶木姜子人工林为研究对象,采用5株优势木对比法初选72株优树,观测其生长性状和经济性状,并对其进行变异分析、主成分分析。结果:经变异分析可知,各性状间存在丰富的变异。经主成分分析得知,把树高、冠幅面积、东西冠幅、南北冠幅、胸径这5个性状作为其选优的标准;选出4株综合经济性状表现优良的单株,即Y12-4、Y12、Y11-3、Y10。结论:毛叶木姜子丰富的变异性为优树选择提供了前提;研究结果与植株的实际表型相符合,表明采用的方法具有一定的科学性和可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method of principal component analysis to select excellent individuals of Grifola frondosae, and to determine the selection criteria for its superior tree, providing a theoretical basis for early seed selection and seed selection of Grifola frondosa. Methods: A total of 72 elite tree species from five provenances were used to study the growth traits and economic traits in Wanzhou, a native provenance of Wanzhou, Chongqing. The variance analysis, principal component analysis . Results: The variation analysis shows that there are abundant variations among the traits. Principal component analysis showed that the five traits of tree height, crown area, crown width, north-south crown width and diameter at breast height were selected as the standard of selection. Four plants with excellent comprehensive economic traits, namely Y12 -4, Y12, Y11-3, Y10. CONCLUSION: The abundant variability of Curcuma longa has provided the precondition for optimal tree selection. The research results are consistent with the actual phenotype of the plant, indicating that the method adopted is scientific and feasible.
