“春晖杯”中国留学人员创新创业大赛(以下简称“春晖杯”创业大赛)是由教育部、科技部联合举办,旨在鼓励海外中国留学人员回国创新创业的项目展示、竞赛及推广平台。自2006年以来已成功举办7届,选出了1184个创新创业项目,其中300多个已在国内各地孵化,大赛得到了广大留学人员、各级政府、开发区、投资人的广泛认可和信任,形成了自己独具特色的品牌。2013年,在中国驻旧金山总领事馆教育组的积极倡议下,第八届“春晖杯”创业大赛首次在旧金山设立
