目的:对比上颌垫矫治器采用3种不同弓丝制作双曲舌簧矫治乳牙反的临床效果。方法:选择该院口腔科就诊的乳前牙反的病例60例,分为3组,各20例。分别应用直径为0.016“澳丝、0.018”澳丝、0.5mm不锈钢丝弯治双曲舌簧制作矫治器,比较3组病例矫治完成时间及矫治器在加力后的固位情况。结果:矫治完成时间为0.018“澳丝组矫治最短,其次为0.016”澳丝组,0.5mm不锈钢丝组最长。0.018“澳丝组矫治器最易出现弹起现象。结论:应用0.018”澳丝制作双曲舌簧矫治效率最高。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical effect of maxillary otorheal appliance with three different arch wires in treating hyperbilirubinem. Methods: Sixty cases of antelectasis of the anterior teeth of the anterior stomatology were selected and divided into three groups, each of 20 cases. The diameter of 0.016 “Ossi, 0.018 ” Ossi wire, 0.5mm stainless steel wire bending hyperbolic reed device was used to make the appliance, the correction time of the three groups of patients was compared and the appliance retains after the application of force. Results: The treatment completion time was 0.018%. The Osh group was the shortest, followed by 0.016% Osh group, the longest was the 0.5mm stainless steel wire group. 0.018 “Orthosis group most likely to pop up phenomenon.Conclusion: The application of 0.018 ” Ossi production hyperbolic reed correction the most efficient.
