为做好抗二化螟水稻的鉴定工作,作者于近年探索了二化螟饲养及大量保存技术。结果表明:在大田自然感虫条件下抗性表现在3级以上的品种,需进行室内、室外多次重复的人工接虫鉴定才能肯定抗性。这就需要积累大量的虫源。作者采取的办法是天然饲料饲养幼虫加上低温保卵、幼虫和蛹。研究表明:前、后期卵均比中期卵耐低温。
In order to make the identification of rice resistant to Chilo suppressalis, the authors explored the feeding and storage techniques of Chilo suppressalis in recent years. The results showed that the resistance of wild-type insects in field was higher than that in Grade 3, and the identification of artificial insects required repeated indoor and outdoor tests could confirm the resistance. This requires a large accumulation of insect sources. The approach taken by the authors is feeding natural larvae plus low-temperature egg-keeping, larvae and pupae. Research shows that: before and after the eggs are lower than the mid-egg low temperature.
