自治区人民代表大会常务委员会:受自治区人民政府委托,我就《2012年自治区本级预算调整方案》作如下说明,请予审议。一、关于我区地方政府债券资金项目安排情况为进一步加强基础设施和重点民生工程建设,经国务院批准,2012年财政部继续代理发行2500亿元地方政府债券,其中分配给我区33亿元。根据财政部的要求,2012年地方政府债券资金优先用于保障中央投资的公益性项目地方配套,剩余部分主要用于自治区确定的重点公益性建设项目。
Autonomous Region People’s Congress Standing Committee: Commissioned by the Autonomous Region People’s Government, I will “2012 autonomous region’s budget adjustment program” as follows, please consider. I. Arrangement of Funds for Local Government Bonds in My District In order to further strengthen infrastructure and key livelihood projects, with the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Finance will continue to issue 250 billion yuan of local government bonds in 2012, of which 3.3 billion yuan will be allocated to our district. According to the request of the Ministry of Finance, the funds of local government bonds in 2012 will be given priority to supporting local public welfare projects invested by the central government while the remaining parts will be mainly used for key public welfare construction projects set by the autonomous regions.
