本文介绍了一种我国最新研制成功并已通过鉴定的船用耐蚀可焊铝合金-2103合金。 文中讨论了铝-镁合金形变热处理机理,确定了2103合金的使用状态,较详细地介绍了2103合金的主要性能——机械性能、腐蚀性能、焊接性能及工艺成型性能的研究结果。特别强调了控制合金的全相组织是保证合金耐海水腐蚀的关键。
This article introduces a newly developed marine corrosion-resistant weldable aluminum alloy-2103 alloy that has been successfully developed in China. The mechanism of heat treatment of aluminum - magnesium alloy was discussed in this paper. The state of use of 2103 alloy was determined. The main properties of 2103 alloy - mechanical, corrosion, soldering and process - forming properties were introduced in detail. Special emphasis is placed on controlling the all-phase microstructure of the alloy is the key to ensure that the alloy is resistant to seawater corrosion.
