青年群体正成为创业主力军,青年创业者在创业过程中,通过提升个人社会资源、拓展人脉型社会资本、与政府建立良好合作关系,实现社会资本再生产。在促进青年创业的同时,要防止社会资本再生产的异化,可通过创业者的自律,建立规范性的底线他律,以及政府政策行为的调节,推进青年创业,营造更加积极、有效的创业环境。
Youth groups are becoming the main force of entrepreneurship. Young entrepreneurs create a good cooperative relationship with the government through the promotion of individual social resources, expand the network-based social capital, and realize the social capital reproduction. While promoting youth entrepreneurship, we must prevent alienation of the reproduction of social capital by advancing entrepreneurial self-regulation, establishing a normative bottom line law and regulating government policies and actions, advancing youth entrepreneurship and creating a more active and effective entrepreneurial environment.
