目前,档案馆在库房、全宗、案卷排列方面有三大矛盾:1.库房、柜架不足与档案日益增多的矛盾;2.机构变化频繁与按系统排列全宗的矛盾;3.现代化程度差与频繁地调整倒架的矛盾。 如何解决这些矛盾呢?我对库房案卷的排列设想了一个不成熟的方案——大流水排列法。 一、作法:将库房、全宗、案卷均按进馆先后次序排列,不留空位,编一连续通号。
