目的 探讨玻片离心仪及多功能显微诊断仪(MDI)联合应用所进行的CSF细胞学检查对颅内感染性疾病诊断的重要意义。方法 应用玻片离心仪及MDI对100例各型脑膜炎患者CSF标本进行了细胞学检查。结果 本法可提高颅内感染性疾病的检出率，其临床诊断符合率达96%。结论 本法可为临床医生提供直观、准确的诊断依据，对颅内感染性疾病的诊断、治疗具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the significance of CSF cytology in the diagnosis of intracranial infectious diseases by the combination of slide centrifuge and multi-function microscopy (MDI). Methods CSF samples from 100 patients with various types of meningitis were analyzed by means of slide centrifuge and MDI. Results This method can improve the detection rate of intracranial infectious diseases, the clinical diagnosis rate of 96%. Conclusion This method can provide clinicians with an intuitive and accurate diagnostic basis, which is of great value to the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial infectious diseases.
