Two new polyoxygenated cyclohexenes, named uvacalolA (1),and B (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Uvaria calamistrata. On the basis of spectral analysis and chemical derivatization, including preparation of Mosher esters, the structure of 1 to 2 were established.
