孔子所处的是一个乱世,他认为社会已经是“礼崩乐坏”、“天下无道”的失控局面,于是他提出了一系列的关于社会控制的思想和主张。然而,社会已到了崩溃的边缘,要想实现其主张必须花费大量的人力、物力。面对这一问题孔子的主张运用正名和教育的方式来加以解决,这中间看似一种很平常的方式却隐藏了很多合理的因素在里面,其中就包括成本的考虑以及人性的思考。本文对孔子的思想进行了深入的分析,从中找到了适合我国目前社会犯罪预防及其社会控制的有效方法。
Confucius is in a troubled times. He believes that the society is already out of control and has put forward a series of ideas and propositions on social control. However, society has come to the brink of collapse, and a great deal of manpower and material resources must be spent in order to realize its claim. In the face of this problem, Confucius’s proposal of using the proper name and education to solve the problem seems to be in a very ordinary way but many reasonable factors are hidden in it, including cost considerations and human thinking. This article has carried on the thorough analysis to Confucius thought, from which has found the suitable method which our country present social crime prevention and its social control effectively.
