2012年12月21日,中共黑龙江省水利冲填工程处党员大会在工会大厦隆重召开。省水利厅党组成员、副厅长王铁,厅直属机关党委专职副书记刘冰、厅人事处处长韩福君出席大会。大会在庄严的国歌声中拉开帷幕,党委书记、处长王恒达代表工程处党委向大会作了题为《凝心聚力开拓创新为实现企业发展新突破而努力奋斗》的工作报告。报告客观回顾与总结了过去四年工程处党委各项工作,提出了今后三年的主要工作和奋斗目标。
December 21, 2012, the CPC Heilongjiang Province Water Conservancy and Lansing Engineering Office member congress was grandly held in the union building. Wang Tie, member of the provincial water conservancy department party group, deputy director Wang Tie, department deputy party secretary Liu Bing, agency director Han Fujun to attend the General Assembly. On the solemn national anthem, the General Assembly opened the curtain. Wang Hengda, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director, made a working report on behalf of the party committee of the Construction Engineering Department to the conference entitled “Solidarity and Pioneering Innovation, Striving for a New Breakthrough in Enterprise Development”. The report objectively reviews and summarizes all the work of the party committee of the Agency in the past four years and proposes the main tasks and goals for the next three years.
