由国家教委体卫司主办的全国学校体育卫生工作研讨会于1990年12月24日至28日在美丽的海滨城市广东湛江召开,来自国家教委体卫司、国家体委群体司、全国政协体育组、中国高等教育学会体育研究会、中国教育学会体育研究会、中国体育科学学会学校体育研究会的部分领导和全国29个省区市(西藏暂缺)与13个经济单列市教委(教育厅、局)体卫处处长及部分厅局长、教委主任等出席了研讨会。国家教委副主任邹时炎到会并作了《认真贯彻条例把学校体育卫生工作提高到一个新水平》的重要报告(报告内容详见本期第5-8页)。研讨会由国家教委体卫司司长宋尽贤和副司长曲宗湖分别主持。研讨会以总结“七五”、规划“八五”、贯彻落实《学校体育工作条例》和《学校卫生工作
The National School Sports Health Work Seminar, sponsored by the State Education Commission Department of Physical and Pediatric Affairs, was held in the beautiful coastal city of Zhanjiang from December 24 to December 28, 1990. It was attended by the State Board of Education, Department of Physical Education and Sports, National Sports Team Group Division, , Part of the leadership of the Institute of Physical Education of the Chinese Society of Higher Education, the Institute of Physical Education of the Chinese Society of Education, and the Institute of Physical Education of the Chinese Sports Science Society, as well as 29 leaders from 29 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities (NNSA) and 13 educational commissions Bureau) Director of the Department of Physical Health and part of the Secretary, Board of Education directors attended the seminar. Zou Shiyan, deputy director of the State Education Commission, attended the meeting and made an important report on “seriously implementing the regulations to raise the school sports health to a new level” (for details, see pages 5-8 of this issue). The seminar was presided over by Song Jinxian, director of the bodyguard department of the State Education Commission, and Qu Zonghu, the deputy director of the State Education Commission.
