本文通过对三十根曲轴的测量和观察,在三千多个数据的基础上,对文内所研究的曲轴在卧式炉中平放氮化的变形作了控制方法和实际效果的报导,切指出影响曲轴平放氮化变形的根本原因不在于能否精确地将各主轴项垫到理论中心线上,而在于曲轴本身的抗变能力和柔度大小。曲轴氮化后三支点测量时摆差的增加非为工艺条件许可下的支垫力不均所引起。文中还为可以使用量表指示支垫效果和可以使用固定支板的曲轴氮化卧具提供了依据。
