采用在气体介质中热处理是提高不重磨刀具质量的一种方法。根据以往研究表明,烧结硬质合金表面层的相成份及组织是与中心部分不同的。试验研究了在保护气体介质中热处理所形成的扩散层对硬质合金刀片切削性能的影响。试样采用14×9×3.5毫米刀片(OCT2209—69 24型),其材料为T_(15)K_6及T_5K_(10)两种硬质合金。热处理条件如下:
The use of heat treatment in a gaseous medium is one way of improving the quality of a non-reworkable tool. According to previous studies show that the sintered cemented carbide surface layer phase composition and organization is different from the central part. The influence of the diffusion layer formed by heat treatment in the protective gas medium on the cutting performance of the cemented carbide inserts was experimentally studied. The samples are made of 14 × 9 × 3.5 mm inserts (OCT2209-69 24) and made of T_ (15) K_6 and T_5K_ (10) cemented carbide. Heat treatment conditions are as follows:
