气远传转子流量计对通过它的物料清洁度要求很高。我厂用于发烟硫酸上的LZQ-1型(φ15)气远传转子流量计,由于介质中含有铁屑(管道、设备锈蚀带入)等磁性杂质,当烟酸进入锥管时,其中的磁性杂质便被磁钢浮子磁化而吸附在它的上面,造成浮子堵塞而仪表失灵。我们曾采用高孔目的不锈钢网过滤,效果不佳。后来在过滤器中放置一块马蹄形磁铁(老式表ELZ-110测温比率计中拆下),如图所示。这样,当磁性杂质进入过滤器时即被磁铁吸附,不再被带入流量计中了。这方法对小口径流量计尤其适用。我厂改装
