针对辽河油田锦16块聚合物驱采出液的破乳脱水,在室内进行了模拟采出液和现场采出液的破乳脱水实验研究,考察了聚合物浓度(0—1000mg/l)、脱水温度(45—70℃)、沉降时间(0—90min)及破乳剂加量(50—1000mg/l)等的影响,得出了聚合物驱采出液破乳脱水的一些规律。要使聚合物含量为480mg/l的矿场采出液破乳脱水时既有高脱水率,又分离出高质量的污水,需要加入高达600mg/l的破乳剂(例如AR225)。
Aiming at the demulsification and dehydration of polymer flooding production fluid in Jin-16 polymer flooding in Liaohe Oilfield, the demulsification and dehydration experiments of simulated production fluid and field production fluid were conducted in laboratory. The effects of polymer concentration (0-1000mg / l) Dehydration temperature (45-70 ℃), settling time (0-90min) and the amount of demulsifier (50-1000mg / l) and so on, we got some rules of demulsification and dehydration of polymer flooding production fluid. To achieve a high dewatering rate and a high quality effluent with a polymer content of 480 mg / l demulsification, dewatering requires a demulsifier (eg AR225) up to 600 mg / l.
