目的了解普通高校大学生社会适应性的基本现状,调查由于就业压力带来企业用工需求因素变化对大学生社会适应性能力培养的影响,为大学生更好地适应社会提供科学依据。方法采用分块抽样的方法,从3个城市各抽取2所大学为调查点,在每所高校不同专业选取大四学生做问卷调查收集数据,以检查大学生社会适应性基本情况。结果对收集到的6所高校大学生社会适应性调查表汇总分析后得出:假设L1=1+2+3,L2=4+5,在学习运用知识能力评价中,L1占59.9%,L2占40.1%;在独立生活生存能力评价中,L1占69.8%,L2占30.2%;在人际沟通交往能力评价中,L1占72.9%,L2占27.1%。结论大学生社会适应性能力普遍不能满足社会用工需求,基本社会实践能力层次较低,需要运用有效性校企合作提升大学生社会适应能力,以满足社会需求。
Objective To understand the basic status quo of social adaptability of undergraduates in colleges and universities and to investigate the influence of employment pressure on the adaptability of undergraduates due to employment pressure and to provide scientific evidences for college students to better adapt to society. Methods Using the method of block sampling, 2 universities were selected from 3 cities as survey points, and the students from different majors in each university were selected to do questionnaire survey to collect the data to check the basic situation of college students’ social adaptability. Results The collected questionnaires of social adaptability of 6 college students come to a conclusion: Assuming L1 = 1 + 2 + 3 and L2 = 4 + 5, in the evaluation of learning and using knowledge ability, L1 accounts for 59.9%, L2 accounts for 40.1%. In the assessment of independent living viability, L1 accounted for 69.8% and L2 accounted for 30.2%. In interpersonal communication and interpersonal evaluation, L1 accounted for 72.9% and L2 accounted for 27.1%. Conclusions The undergraduates’ social adaptability generally can not meet the needs of social employment. The basic social practical ability is low, and the effective school-enterprise cooperation needs to be used to promote the social adaptability of undergraduates in order to meet the social needs.
