探讨了聚合物驱产出水配制聚合物溶液驱油的可行性。讨论了聚合物相对分子质量对其驱油效果的影响。并从地层水矿化度、产出水中聚合物溶液浓度及剪切降解等方面,对产出水配制的聚合物溶液提高驱油效果的机理进行了分析。实验结果表明:用聚合物驱产出水配制的聚合物溶液。在地层中的工作粘度接近或高于清水,其驱油效果接近或高于清水。在条件允许的情况下,应选用较大相对分子质量的聚合物。其结论为现场聚合物驱产出水的再利用提供了依据。
The feasibility of polymer flooding by polymer flooding was discussed. The effect of relative molecular mass of polymers on flooding effect was discussed. The mechanism of improving oil displacement by polymer solution of produced water was analyzed from aspects of formation water salinity, concentration of polymer solution in produced water and shear degradation. The experimental results show that the polymer solution is used to drive the water out of the polymer. Work in the formation of viscosity close to or higher than the water, the drive effect is close to or higher than the water. In conditions permitting, should use a larger relative molecular mass of the polymer. The conclusion provides a basis for the reuse of effluent from polymer flooding in the field.
